GoDoctor is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or having a medical emergency, call 112 or 199 (Nigeria emergency lines) or go to the nearest emergency facility now.
What to include
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- The email address on your GoDoctor account
- Whether you use the patient app or the provider app
- Your device (iPhone or Android) and the app version
- A short description of what happened and what you expected
Never include passwords or full payment card numbers in an email — our team will never ask you for them.
